Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy of tests, and maintaining high standards of quality control. Duties
Perform various laboratory techniques to conduct experiments and tests in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
Analyze samples and data to ensure accurate results and maintain quality control throughout all processes.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
Document findings meticulously in laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for accurate record-keeping.
Collaborate with team members on research development projects, providing insights based on experimental data.
Assist in the preparation of reagents, solutions, and other materials necessary for laboratory procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Experience
Previous experience in a clinical laboratory, industrial laboratory, or research laboratory setting is preferred.
Familiarity with scientific research methodologies and quality control practices is advantageous.
Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) to track samples and results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
