Job Description
- Mục tiêu công việc
Quản lý và điều phối hoạt động của nhân viên IPQC trên chuyền, đảm bảo các hoạt động kiểm tra chất lượng quy trình và sản phẩm được thực hiện đúng hướng dẫn, kịp thời phát hiện bất thường và duy trì chất lượng ổn định trong quá trình sản xuất.
- Mô tả công việc Thực hiện và giám sát các hoạt động kiểm tra quy trình và sản phẩm trên chuyền theo tiêu chuẩn IPQC. Quản lý, phân công và sắp xếp nhân sự trong line, đảm bảo đủ số lượng và kỹ năng để thực hiện công việc. Đọc hiểu tài liệu, yêu cầu công việc và hướng dẫn nhân viên thực hiện đúng quy trình. Theo dõi kết quả kiểm tra hằng ngày, ghi nhận và cập nhật số liệu chính xác; kịp thời báo cáo các bất thường trong quá trình sản xuất đến các bộ phận liên quan. Triển khai các thông tin, yêu cầu và quy định từ công ty hoặc các phòng ban liên quan đến đội ngũ nhân viên. Đề xuất cải tiến hoặc điều chỉnh tài liệu, quy trình khi phát hiện nội dung chưa phù hợp với thực tế. Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy trình chất lượng, an toàn, môi trường và thực hiện tốt 6S tại khu vực làm việc. Tham gia các khóa đào tạo theo yêu cầu và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý.
- Yêu cầu công việc Ứng viên bên ngoài: Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng. Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí Line Lead hoặc tương đương trong môi trường sản xuất. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong nhà máy sản xuất quy mô lớn và có kinh nghiệm kiểm tra quy trình, kiểm tra sản phẩm trên chuyền. Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các dụng cụ kiểm tra như dụng cụ cầm tay, kính hiển vi, micromet… là lợi thế. Có khả năng quản lý, phân công và hướng dẫn nhân viên; cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm và chủ động xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh. Kinh nghiệm quản lý chuyền sản xuất đại trà là một lợi thế.
