About Your New Job – Shift Manager
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing your production shift team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Your goal: to drive performance across production KPIs, including quality, efficiency, hygiene, and safety, while ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are strictly upheld.
In this role, you will:
Lead production teams to achieve daily targets in line with lean manufacturing standards.
Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, and hygiene protocols.
Work closely with Quality Assurance, Logistics, Maintenance, and HR to support seamless plant operations.
Act as the deputy for the Production Manager and take a key role in continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
What Skills You Need
2+ years’ leadership experience in a food manufacturing or nutrition production setting.
Strong people management and team development capabilities.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, MES, or SCADA systems is a plus.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
