Job Description
Reporting & Root Cause Analysis
Generate reports in Google Sheets/Excel to monitor performance, track backlog, and detect anomalies.
Investigate issues using data and provide insights and solutions for problems in moderation execution.
Training & Performance Management
Develop training materials and conduct sessions to improve agent skills.
Ensure high agent performance by maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Policy & Compliance
Localize moderation policies to fit market needs while ensuring compliance.
Implement content quality projects from regional headquarters.
Requirements
Proficiency in English, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
Basic communication skills in English and Vietnamese for process and policy training.
Able to interpret data and identify trends and resolve problems.
Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for reporting
At least 1 year of experience in technology or e-commerce companies, or in roles related to product/content moderation (Preferred)
