About the Role

As the Loan Documentation and Review Specialist (Auto Loans), you will be responsible for reviewing the completeness and accuracy of loan and mortgage documents prepared and ensuring timely delivery of documents for signing and booking of mortgage loans, all in accordance with the approval, bank policies and procedures, applicable laws, and BSP regulations to support the objectives and meet the targets of the Secured Lending Division.

How you’ll contribute

Approves auto loan accounts in accordance with the approved Loan Documents Approving Authority Matrix via Process Maker.

Handles moderate to complex accounts based on existing credit and loans related guidelines

Ensures review and evaluation on each account for booking is completed within prescribed turnaround time.

In-charge of Review of Processor functions on the Recertification of LDRU Operations Manual on the Auto Loan’s side.

Checks the requirements indicated by the Auto Loan Underwriter for compliance after the evaluation was conducted on the account.

Acts as back-up of Team Leader in handling RCOG – Quality Assurance to ensure findings are immediately addressed for acceptance and deletion.

Endorses the case resulting DIR above the 40% cap to AL Underwriting for DIR re-computation, especially if discrepancy (claimed income vs. actual income document) is significant/glaring.

Approves the accounts for booking via ProcessMaker (PM) in accordance with the approved Loan Documents Approving Authority Matrix.

What we’re looking for

With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in loan documentation

Must have full knowledge of the legal aspects of loan documentation, applicable laws and regulations, circulars and memoranda issued by the BSP, and operations risk management.

With background in fraud detection and signature verification.

Has effective communications skills.

Must be capable of managing simple to complex accounts.
