Day Shift: Starts at $18.00/hour
Night Shift: Starts at $19.80/hour (includes a 10% shift differential)
Scheduled Pay Increases:
$19.00/hour after 3 months
$20.50/hour after 9 months
Night shift employees receive an additional 10% shift differential on their base hourly rate.

Schedule
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (10% shift differential)
Continental rotating schedule (includes every other weekend).
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
Follow written manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Record production data using tracking systems.
Use measuring equipment, scales, and microscopes as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively to meet production goals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or forklift experience is a plus but not required for all positions.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. This is a mandatory requirement for safety, training, and following manufacturing procedures.
