• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and benchmarking
• Analyze department statistics and implement safety protocols
• Review external designs and provide actionable feedback
• Conduct design reviews with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12; college diploma or university degree preferred
• Relevant experience in design and tooling processes
• Strong aptitude in Siemens NX Mold Wizard
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
