Your Contribution
- Ensure products meet customer and quality requirements through effective quality assurance processes.
- Support new product introduction by developing quality plans, conducting product qualification, and driving process improvements.
- Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Perform quality audits, analyze quality data, and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance product quality.
- Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis using quality tools (e.g. 8D, FMEA, SPC), and drive sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver continuous quality improvements.
- Support quality training, documentation, and other quality-related projects as assigned.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Physics, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as SPC and FMEA is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive team player with a passion for quality, continuous improvement, and learning.
- Willing to accept 1 year fixed term contract, however depending on headcount availability and performance, there is a possibility to convert to permanent.
