Responsibilities
Space Planning for DOOH and OOH Media:
Design optimized spaces for Digital and Out-of-Home media in airport projects.
Ensure media placements are impactful, efficient, and revenue-focused.
Design Management (Concept to GFC):
Oversee the entire design process from concept to Good for Construction (GFC) documentation.
Preview and approve design submissions, technical drawings, and BoQs.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders for timely delivery.
Project Planning and Timeline Management:
Develop and monitor project plans and timelines using tools like MS Project and Primavera.
Mitigate risks to ensure project milestones are met.
Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
Prepare budget estimates and monitor expenditures.
Provide financial reports and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Project Governance and Risk Management:
Implement governance frameworks and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
Continuously identify and mitigate project risks.
Construction Oversight and Support:
Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with designs.
Address technical and logistical challenges on the ground.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, including airport authorities and vendors.
Oversee vendor selection and performance.
Design Review and Quality Assurance:
Conduct detailed reviews of designs, specifications, and BoQs.
Ensure functionality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Interior Project Execution:
Lead the planning and execution of diverse interior projects, ensuring quality and safety standards.
Prepare BOQs, specifications, and estimates for airport advertising infrastructure.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate with teams across design, MEP, IT, engineering, construction, and procurement.
Ensure seamless project planning and execution.
Technical Expertise and Guidance:
Provide technical guidance to project teams and resolve engineering challenges.
Collaborate with external stakeholders for project approvals.
Best Practices and Reporting:
Implement best practices in project management.
Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
Compliance and Sustainability:
Ensure adherence to ethical standards, safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s in architecture (B. Arch) with Project Management Certification or equivalent.
Experience
10 to 12 years of experience of Planning, Signage Design and execution of Projects in Transport sector (Airports/Metro/Malls), Preferred if handled signage projects. Candidate to have broad understanding Civil, Structural.
