As we continue to lead and transform, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is seeking a passionate and driven professional who embodies responsibility, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence to take on this exciting role.
Key Responsibilities
· Execute independent quality monitoring & conduct rigorous inspections of audit firms in alignment with SLSQM standards.
· Analyse inspection findings, draft comprehensive reports on non-compliance or gaps and maintain detailed quality monitoring documentation.
· Support the implementation of quality management processes and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
· Engage effectively with audit partners and key organizational stakeholders to articulate complex technical concepts, influence best practices and strengthen public trust.
· Design & define training and awareness programs.
Qualifications and Skills
· Be a Member of CA Sri Lanka with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience in an audit environment.
· Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and practices.
· Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Demonstrated commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively to audit partners and other stakeholders.
