Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the main point of contact for customers after insulation installations have been completed. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing post-installation issues, ensuring quality assurance standards are met, and facilitating timely resolution of concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Follow-Up: Contact customers after installation to confirm satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to insulation work, including scheduling follow-up service calls if needed.
Quality Assurance Oversight: Conduct remote or in-person quality checks to ensure work meets company standards and building code requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM or tracking system.
Team Coordination: Work closely with field crews, project managers, and supervisors to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and identify recurring issues or training needs.
Process Improvement: Provide insights and suggestions to improve post-installation customer experience and internal QA procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in construction, HVAC, or insulation industries.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, etc.).
Knowledge of insulation types, installation practices, and building codes is a plus (training provided).
BPI Certified is a plus
Physical Requirements:
May involve occasional visits to job sites or homes for inspections or customer follow-ups.
Valid driver’s license required for field visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
