As a Manager of QA Team, you will be leading a team of experts in our QA Architects and QA Center of Excellence team. These are the backbone of the quality assurance for the DHL.COM platform and are vital to ensuring efficient and thorough validation of features delivered by Development teams.
People leadership will be a key part of your daily work for the combined team of 8 – the locations being partially split between several locations in India and Czech Republic, you will be driving the vision for the testing framework & work with your team to implement it and make it a reality.
Finally, you will foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning within the QA team, driving continuous improvement in testing methodologies to enhance platform functionality and quality.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:
Proven experience in managing and leading QA teams of 5 or more people in IT environment is a must
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes – those used on our platform, but also across the industry
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar content management systems is a plus, but not necessary
Out tech stack includes
qTest for test strategy and planning
Selenium/Cucumber, Bobcat and Galen for test automation
Browserstack for testing across various browsers
Jenkins for test process automation
Adobe Experience Manager as the core of our product
