Position Summary
As the Manager, Quality 3, you’ll be responsible for:
Providing direct Quality Engineering support to ensure product quality, process improvement, and compliance with customer and DZMG Quality system requirements.
Leading proactive continuous improvement projects to optimize defect prevention and process capability.
Managing corrective and preventative actions, maintaining quality metrics.
Performing quality reporting, interacting with customers, and representing the customer’s perspective on quality issues.
Leading Advanced Quality Planning activities, reviewing customer requirements, and supporting engineering in gage design and approval.
Required Skills
Ability to analyze and interpret technical and business information, and communicate effectively with management, clients, and the public.
Proficiency in mathematical analysis, problem-solving, and technical instructions interpretation.
Deep understanding of ISO Quality Systems and continuous improvement tools such as DOEs, SPC, FMEA, and Control Plans.
Qualifications
BA in Business, Quality, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience.
Preferred certifications: ASQ Quality Engineer, Auditor, or Manager.
Valid Driver’s license; may require a secret clearance.
Salary range: $107,200 – $160,800, depending on experience and location.

Physical and Mental Requirements
Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, reaching, walking, and operating machinery, as well as mental tasks including reading, reasoning, and decision-making. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and CAD software required. Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
