We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) to lead the QA/QC functions for theme parks at Qiddiya . The Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the theme park, including rides, attractions, infrastructure, and operational services, meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. This role is key to ensuring that the park operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely, providing an exceptional experience for all visitors.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control Leadership:
Oversee the QA/QC processes by supporting the Construction Director and Compliance Director and implement a quality management system (QMS) for all aspects of the theme park, from construction and design to daily operations
Development and implement project quality management plans and quality management of theme parks.
Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with international standards, local regulations, and the highest industry practices.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure that all rides, attractions, facilities, and services comply with local regulatory requirements and international safety standards
Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risk areas, implementing corrective actions as needed
Develop and maintain up-to-date records and documentation of all inspections, audits, and corrective actions
Operational Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of all operational areas, including ride performance, guest services, food and beverage, and maintenance
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality metrics and regularly report on operational performance
Develop and manage customer feedback systems to identify areas for improvement and enhance guest satisfaction
Vendor and Supplier Management:
Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure that all equipment, materials, and services provided meet the required quality standards
Conduct regular audits of suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality expectations
Training & Development:
Develop training programs to ensure all park staff are familiar with QA/QC procedures, safety protocols, and operational standards
Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and refresher courses for team members
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience
Drive innovation and adopt best practices in QA/QC processes and technology
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare and present detailed QA/QC reports to senior management, including analysis of quality metrics, performance, and areas requiring attention
Maintain accurate documentation for all quality audits, inspections, corrective actions, and compliance checks
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, Construction discipline or a related field.
ISO 9001: 2015 (Internal Auditor)
Certifications from any Standard Authority body – ACI, API, ASTM, AWS and CSWIP
