Terran Orbital is seeking an Associate Quality Engineer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director, Quality the Associate Quality Engineer will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of a quality and reliability testing system for the plant’s products and development process. As an integral contributor to the site quality vision, this role will contribute to the definition, execution, and deployment of the strategic quality plan in conjunction with the plant leadership team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide quality support to design and manufacturing, ensuring compliance with all quality requirements
Develop and support NCR processing. Update and enhance NCR process management software
Work supporting Quality Engineers with MRB dispositions
Collaborate with program quality leads, engineering, and manufacturing on quality issues
Internal manufacturing product support
Performing internal product/process audits
Influencing activities during program execution in accordance with internal standards
Calibration/maintenance of equipment support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related discipline
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent organization and time management/multi-tasking skills
Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Office products
Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems
Working knowledge of Electro/Mechanical products/processes and related special processes
IPC certifications or other related industry certifications a plus

Salary Range $80,000-$100,000
Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
