Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated

& Operation Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in

.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
quality control
processes and procedures Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure that products meet quality standards Manage a team of
quality control
and operations staff Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes Collaborate with other departments to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in
quality control
and operations management Experience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management systems Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
