Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves utilizing precision measuring instruments and conducting thorough inspections to uphold our commitment to excellence. Familiarity with AS9100 & ISO 9001 standards is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and coordinate measuring machines to perform accurate measurements.
Analyze inspection data and document findings, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with fabrication teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and non-conformances in accordance with quality control procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols based on AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
Participate in internal audits and support external audits as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and coordinate measuring machines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions regarding product quality.
Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members across departments.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
