Overview
The Manager, Quality Management is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes within the organization. This role involves leading teams that monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of products, services, and operational procedures. The Manager will develop and implement quality control systems, conduct audits, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and drive initiatives to reduce defects and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the quality management team to ensure high standards of product and service quality.
Develop and implement quality control processes, guidelines, and best practices.
Perform regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
Collaborate with operational teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Analyze data to identify trends and root causes of defects; propose corrective actions.
Provide training on quality assurance practices and tools.
Develop strategies to mitigate potential quality issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
At least 3 years’ experience in Quality Improvement
Minimum 1 year of Leadership/Supervisory experience
Hybrid position based in Sentara Park, VB, VA; must be able to work on-site
