Position:
Manager, Quality Systems
The Manager, Quality Systems will manage and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations. This role involves executing quality initiatives, promoting best practices, and driving continuous improvement. The candidate will collaborate with global teams, develop strategic plans, and may lead a small team. Strong leadership, project execution, and communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain global QMS processes to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
Lead quality projects focused on compliance and process improvements.
Conduct audits and assessments to identify improvement areas.
Ensure QMS reflects business activities and supports NPI requirements.
Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs.
Assist in preparing quality documentation for regulatory or customer initiatives.
Stay current on industry standards and regulations.
Review customer contracts related to quality.
Drive transition from process improvement to implementation, ensuring sustainability.
Optimize processes and procedures collaboratively across global teams.
Promote a culture of quality through training and standards implementation.
Assess current processes and develop proficiency improvement plans.
Train and support staff on QMS processes.
Manage and develop a team of quality professionals.
Follow safety policies and participate in training.
Lead by example, embodying Stratasys values.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Experience with quality management systems and process improvement.
Knowledge of standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO
13485, AS9100, 21
CFR Part 820, Medical Device Regulation, Six Sigma).
Experience with continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma.
Project or organizational change management experience.
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.

The typical annual starting salary ranges from $114,277 to $134,226, excluding variable incentives. Salary depends on skills, qualifications, location, and experience.
