Job Description / Responsibility
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for the Quality Department at Woven Shirts Factory.
Job Location will be Salna, Gazipur.
- Responsible for planning, running, and leading the quality team as per buyers` quality standards (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample, etc.).
- Overseeing, coordinating, and promoting the company’s Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet buyers’ requirements.
- Developing and analyzing statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
- Responsible for quality function throughout the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in-process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
- Working effectively interacts with technical, development, and production teams to maintain product quality; ensuring targets are achieved.
- Reviewing and updating Company`s quality control manual modules and materials relevant to productivity and quality control.
- Developing and maintaining quality assurance objectives and coordinating objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.
- Planning promoting and organizing, training activities related to product quality and reliability.
- Reviewing output samples against the sample and Follow up first output garment measurement report.
- Finalizing the critical operation, and quality points and explaining them to the Quality team.
- Developing and implementing the inspection criteria and procedures.
- Monitor and ensure product quality from fabric in-house to finished goods.
- Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA teams to get the corrective actions.
- Getting successful inspections done at various stages of Production.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Quality, Woven Shirt
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
- Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
- Well conversant with IT equipment.
