About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Engineer to join our growing team in Belgrade. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web applications through thorough manual testing processes. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Design, create, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand features and define test strategies.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release.
- Maintain clear documentation for test cases, test plans, and results.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
- Continuously improve QA processes and testing methodologies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in manual QA or software testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and software development lifecycle.
- Experience with web application testing across different browsers and devices.
- Experience with API testing (e.g., using Postman or similar tools).
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Bonus:
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (nice to have, not required).
- Startup experience.
- Experience with iGaming, fintech, or data-driven systems.
