Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Manual Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role emphasizes working with AI solutions, including AWS Bedrock and OpenAI, and requires a strong interest in learning about real estate document processing. While experience is valuable, we prioritize candidates who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, especially in the AI domain. Candidates located in Belarus or Poland are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create and implement detailed test plans and cases to verify software functionality and quality.
Identify and Report Bugs: Detect, document, and track software defects, collaborating closely with developers to resolve issues promptly.
API Testing: Use tools like Postman to test and validate integrations with third-party Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
Database Validation: Utilize SQL to analyze database queries and ensure data accuracy.
AI Solution Testing: Engage with AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock and OpenAI, developing and executing test cases to validate AI functionalities and integrations.
Understand Real Estate Processes: Learn and comprehend real estate document workflows to effectively test related software features.
Collaborate in Agile Environment: Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings.
Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed records of test procedures, outcomes, and software defects.
Business Analysis Support (Preferred): Assist in defining test cases based on business requirements, analyze workflows, and contribute insights to improve product functionality.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Russian is essential, proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher is required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Postman for API testing and SQL for data validation.
AI Knowledge (nice to have): Understanding of AI concepts, including Prompt Engineering, Prompt Chaining in OpenAI, Fine-tuning, Embeddings, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
Real Estate Acumen: Willingness to learn and understand real estate document processing workflows.
Agile Experience: Solid understanding of Agile principles and various testing methodologies.
Business Analysis (Preferred): Prior experience in business analysis or an interest in developing analytical skills related to product requirements, data insights, and workflow optimizations.
Working Hours: Availability during evening hours is necessary to facilitate collaboration with our client based in California.
Application Process: Candidates will be required to complete a test assignment to assess their understanding of the client’s domain and their ability to handle basic API queries independently.
