We're looking for a Manual QA Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality products and delivering exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong product thinking, business understanding, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced product environment.
Must-Have Skills:
- 3-6 years of experience in Manual QA.
- Experience working with product-based companies.
- Strong product and business sense.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand complex workflows.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High ownership and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end manual testing for web applications and new features.
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites.
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Validate business requirements and ensure complete feature coverage.
Interview Process:
- 3 interview rounds (30 minutes each)
