Job Title:
Manual QA Tester (3-Month Term)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed test cases based on product requirements.
Perform end-to-end manual testing for functionality, usability, and performance.
Identify, document, and track defects using Jira.
Conduct cross-browser testing using tools like Browser Stack.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
Perform regression testing and validate fixes.
Provide detailed test reports and feedback for decision-making.
Must-Haves:
3–4 years of experience in manual testing, preferably with e-commerce, CRM/ERP systems, or financial products.
Strong experience in writing clear, comprehensive test cases.
Solid understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile processes.
Ability to work in a startup environment with strong prioritization and
adaptability
skills.
Excellent analytical,
communication
, and
problem-solving skills
.
Good to Have:
Familiarity with Browser Stack and API testing tools like Postman.
