We are looking for Manual QC Engineers (Open for Both Middle & Senior Levels) to perform testing to help minimize the risk of product failure by finding software errors for software developers.
I. What you’ll do
Perform testing on software systems such as web apps, mobile apps, databases, and APIs.
Understand and apply appropriate testing processes, techniques, and types; manage and track bugs.
Plan and manage test strategies and test cases to ensure full requirement coverage.
Analyze complex requirements, identify risks, and develop appropriate testing strategies.
Summarize and report test results; analyze outcomes to support decision-making.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with relevant departments; solve problems logically and timely.
Proactively learn and adapt quickly to project and technology changes.
II. What you’ll bring
College degree or higher in Information Technology or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Manual Testing.
Proficiency in test planning, execution, and bug tracking.
Proficient in Jira, Confluence/Wiki, SharePoint, and Excel tools.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
For Senior-level candidates:
At least 4 years of experience in Manual Testing.
Experience as a key member or team lead in testing projects.
Ability to review team members’ test cases and provide support in training and mentoring junior members.
Propose testing process improvements and handle backlog issues within the team.
