Manual QA Analyst
Responsibilities:
Define, develop, implement, and execute reusable, flexible, accurate, and well-documented testing artifacts. This includes test cases, specifications, tools, and technical documentation based on defined workflows, use cases, and business requirements.
Perform API testing to ensure system integrity and performance.
Conduct thorough logging and telemetry reviews to detect anomalies and ensure robust application monitoring.
Execute complex SQL queries for data verification and analysis during testing.
Assist in managing and maintaining the QA environment and test equipment, including making configuration changes as necessary for product release.
Coordinate with Product Development and/or Technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to automation initiatives, improving test coverage and reliability while reducing manual testing efforts.
Continuously update knowledge of methodologies, products, and tools to ensure that quality assurance processes follow best practices, with a focus on innovation and adoption of new technologies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of Software testing experience, including data validation using SQL.
Hands-on experience with API testing.
Proficiency with SQL and writing complex queries for data verification.
Experience with automation tools and frameworks, with a track record of implementing automation strategies.
Solid understanding of Agile practices and QA responsibilities within them.
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
