JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Job Description:
• Analyze business requirements, system specification documents to develop test plans and scenarios (Test Plan, Test Case).
• Perform software testing (Manual Testing) for banking systems such as Core Banking, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, cards, payments, etc.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (BA, Developer, Product Owner, etc.) to ensure product quality.
• Perform functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Record, analyze and report defects through defect management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
• Write test reports and propose solutions to improve product quality.
• Research and update testing processes and new technology trends in the finance – banking sector.
• Guide, support customers, support implementation, build training and training documents according to training purposes and needs.
2. Project information: During the interview, we will evaluate and allocate to the appropriate project.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualifications:
• Education: No degree required.
• Foreign language: English: Reading and understanding specialized documents.
• Computer science: Proficient in using office computers and tools for work.
2. Experience:
• Have at least 3 years of experience in software development in the position of Software Testing.
• Proficient in API, SQL testing.
• Have experience in web/app testing and database testing.
• Preferably have experience in software related to ebanking systems.
• Nice to have experience in testing banking projects.
• Nice to have ISTQB certification.
3. Knowledge:
• General knowledge: Understanding of the organization, Understanding of the banking sector, Understanding of the industry/profession being provided.
• Professional knowledge:
+ Proficient in: Postman, Jmeter, Oracle Database.
+ Mastery of software development processes.
