Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our team, starting with testing a single product before expanding to additional applications and products. The primary focus will be Windows-based and web applications, ensuring high-quality user interface (UI) functionality and business logic validation.

Skills And Requirements
Conduct manual testing for web applications and related lab interfaces.
Perform detailed testing, capturing nuances to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive work.
Work with business analysts (BAs) to convert business requirements into structured test cases.
Execute regression, user acceptance testing (UAT), and other necessary testing processes.
Run and write simple SQL queries to verify database functionality.
Collaborate with development teams, offshore testing teams, and product SMEs to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Assist in refining communication strategies and optimizing test processes.
Demonstrate a go-getter mindset, thinking beyond immediate tasks to improve overall product quality. Highly regulated environment
