Your Mission Will Be
- Execute functional testing for POS, EPOS, and xPOS electronic payment solutions;
- Design and execute test plans, create test sets, and validate functional requirements through structured testing activities;
- Identify, analyze, document, and report software defects while ensuring proper follow-up until resolution;
- Support certification and homologation processes for international payment solutions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
- Maintain testing tools and contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.
You Will Need
- BSc or MSc in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related scientific field;
- Experience performing functional testing, analyzing functional documentation, and creating test scenarios;
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Proficiency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken), together with experience installing IT or communication equipment;
- CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
Would Be Awesome If You Have
- Experience using Jira and Confluence in QA or software delivery projects;
- Previous experience within the electronic payments industry or payment certification environments;
- Hands-on experience with manual testing, defect tracking, and quality assurance best practices;
- Familiarity with certification, homologation, and software validation processes;
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
