Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in London, ON, for a Manufacturing Associate. The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations, and adhering to quality control standards. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clean environments, ensuring equipment functionality, and effectively communicating with team members and area leader to meet production standards and quality.
Qualifications
- Keep a clean and orderly environment
- Effective verbal and written Communication skills for collaboration and reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established production guidelines
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe workspace
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Knowledge in CNC cutting, bending, and expanding
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in manufacturing or quality assurance are a plus
