I. POSITION OBJECTIVES
1. Develop Comprehensive Test Plans and Cases:
Objective: Create detailed test plans and test cases based on user requirements and design documents to ensure thorough testing coverage.
Key Result: Complete and document test plans and cases for all new features within two weeks of receiving requirements.
2. Execute Automated and Manual Tests:
Objective: Perform both automated functional and regression tests, as well as manual testing and data validation, to ensure software quality.
Key Result: Achieve a 95% pass rate on automated test cases and identify and document all defects found during manual testing.
3. Advanced Data Analysis and Manipulation:
Objective: Utilize advanced SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data for testing purposes.
Key Result: Successfully execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and report any discrepancies within 24 hours of test execution.
4. Effective Communication and Collaboration:
Objective: Work closely with the development team and customers to understand functionality and communicate issues clearly.
Key Result: Hold weekly meetings with the development team to discuss testing progress and issues, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
5. Continuous Improvement and Automation:
Objective: Review user requirements and existing systems to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
Key Result: Implement at least one new automated test script or system improvement per sprint.
6. Sprint and Release Collaboration:
Objective: Collaborate with the project team during sprints and releases to provide accurate testing effort estimates and resolve defects.
Key Result: Provide testing effort estimates within 24 hours of sprint planning and resolve 90% of reported defects within the sprint cycle.

7 Required – Testing complex Web Applications
7 Required – Testing all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
3 Required – Database/SQL Language
3 Required – Creating Automation test cases
2 Required – Automation Testing experience
4 Preferred – Test automation experience using open source technologies and/or in-house frameworks
4 Preferred – Experience with test frameworks such TestNG, JUnit, BDD
4 Preferred – WAPT Pro or other performance testing tools
1 Preferred – Previous experience testing CRM applications
1 Preferred – Previous experience with Zephyr Scale preferred
1 Preferred – Previous experience with JIRA preferred
