Core Technical Competencies
Lean Manufacturing
Hands-on experience with Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Poka-Yoke)
Proven track record of identifying and eliminating waste
Ability to implement process optimization strategies
Six Sigma
Familiarity with DMAIC methodology
Skilled in root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone)
Able to lead or support Green Belt-level improvement initiatives
Production Systems Engineering
Expertise in line balancing and takt time optimization
Workstation and layout design proficiency
Conducting time and motion studies
Capacity planning and bottleneck analysis
Material Flow & Supply Chain Support
Knowledge of intralogistics and material handling systems
Experience supporting procurement and supplier communication
Familiar with BOM (Bill of Materials) management and production documentation
Process Documentation & Control
Capable of developing SOPs and standard work definitions
Strong technical writing for process and quality documentation
Experience with version control systems and engineering change management
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborates with Design/Engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and DFM/DFA practices
Works closely with Operations to align production strategies and KPIs
Partners with Quality Assurance to implement corrective actions and track improvements
Supports Procurement & Logistics for effective material planning and sourcing
Software & Tools Proficiency
Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards)
CAD software: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent
Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com)
