Seeking an experienced leader to drive operations, manufacturing strategy, and process improvements. Key responsibilities include:
Defining and executing operations strategy for efficiency, cost optimization, and supplier management.
Managing internal and external manufacturing to meet demand, cost, and performance goals.
Leading engineering teams for product and process improvements.
Driving sales & operations planning for demand-supply alignment.
Collaborating across functions to ensure capacity and competitive pricing.
Leading multiple teams in Germany and the Netherlands.
Requirements:
MS in Engineering or related field.
10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, technology development, and external operations.
Expertise in MEMS, ASICS, and semiconductor processes.
Fluent in English and German.
