GN Manufacturing Partner Quality is currently on a look out for an exceptional, openminded, devoted and hardworking team member in Chachoengsao / Chonburi / Bangkok
You will get your hands on the following exciting tasks:
- Monitor the implementation of factory management system (FMS) in Manufacturing Partners.
- Process Sign Off (PSO), Production line audit confirmation.
- Drive solution of manufacturing related issue.
- CAR & 8D follow up.
- FPY & ECO implementation monitoring in Manufacturing Partners.
- Coordinating Manufacturing Partners to perform regular verification test ensuring production quality.
- IQC/QOC/OBA implementation and optimization in Manufacturing Partners.
- Lead or join all Manufacturing Partners audits.
- Drive continuous improvement action plans (for FPY and factory maturity).
- Support key customer visits & audits.
A strong professional skill and communication and coordination ability individual, we imagine the following sounds like you:
- Former experience in electronic products (Headset or Video Bar) manufacturing is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ quality management experience in electronic consumer products.
- ISO9001, ISO14001, SA8000, VDA 6.3, Six Sigma knowledge.
- Be skillful in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint…
- Critical thinking mindset
- Good communication skill
- Organized and structured work approach
- Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering discipline is must. Formal training in Quality System is preferred.
- Familiar with the 7 QC tools method and tools related to failure analysis, such as FMEA.
