SUMMARY
As a key member of our team, the Supplier Performance Analyst plays a crucial role in driving the portfolio’s success and ensuring alignment with the Company’s profitability standards. Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from assisting in achieving annual sales goals to managing product launches and optimizing pricing strategies. The Supplier Analyst will act as a vital link between the Portfolio Managers and the team, providing them with valuable insights and facilitating effective communication. Additionally, this person is responsible for analyzing various aspects of the business, such as inventory, profitability, and sales incentives.
Essential Functions (This list may not include all duties as assigned):
· Works in conjunction with the Portfolio Management team to execute on agreed upon sales goals for the year
· Responsible for programming of portfolio pricing and DAs to ensure alignment with overall company profitability standards
· Assists with marketing to internal customers (Sales Management/Sales Representatives/ KAM’s, Specialists) by communicating relevant portfolio information
· Assists with managing and executing successful new vendor & product launches including item setup, pricing, updating marketing materials (website, social media, portfolio), etc.
· Creates distribution GAP reports to identify missed/lost sales opportunities and provides Portfolio Managers with periodic updates in this regard
· Provides an ongoing business analysis of products/ profitability/ inventory/ product turns/ aged inventory to include in quarterly and yearly business review and planning.
· Markets and tracks new and ongoing sales incentives
· Coordinates with Portfolio Managers on market work and scheduling
· Provides the team with out of stock and incoming PO updates weekly
· Tracks pre-sells, allocations and special orders to ensure timely sell out
· Supports the accounting team with timely follow up on overdue billbacks to ensure payment
· Analyzes slow moving inventory and coordinates with Portfolio Managers and sales management to execute a plan

REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field or equivalent job experience.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience that is determined to be directly related to the foregoing specified requirements may be considered for substitution.
· Background or experience in distribution and at least 3 years of prior Brand Management experience in distribution.
· Strong persuasive presentations skills, including the ability to speak before large audiences both internally and externally.
· Knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry, including knowledge of wine and spirits terms, and their production process techniques helpful.
· Passion for wine and spirits with the ability to continuously learn new brands and represent effectively to customers.
Ability to understand and execute brand strategy at the market level
Has a passion for marketing and promotional events in all channels
Ability to interpret consumer research data and analyze competitive activity
Strong organizational and time management skills
Has strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter
Ability to focus and be flexible in pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
Learns quickly and takes direction/coaching and feedback well
· Licenses, Age restrictions:
. Valid Driver’s License and maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
. Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of employment in order to sell alcohol in the state of Texas.

· The Company has invested in and requires the downloading and use of the app, TripLog, if an employee receives mileage allowance. This app ensures the accurate tracking of mileage on behalf of the Company and is needed for IRS records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
