Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 per year
About us:
Our client is a leading aerospace manufacturer seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. The candidate will develop and implement quality plans for new program development.
Minimum 5+ years of experience preferred.

Job responsibilities:
Review products and documentation to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, military, and industry specifications.
Develop and implement quality plans for new programs.
Evaluate customer requirements.
Perform internal and external audits.
Support corrective and preventative action processes.
Analyze data to support decision-making.
Troubleshoot problems reported internally and by customers, including field returns.
Identify trends and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance.
Coordinate with customers and inspectors for data analysis, audits, inspections, and tests related to product shipments.
Work with engineering and management to develop quality plans for proposals.
Support updates to inspection programs, checklists, procedures, and policies to meet standards like ISO 9000, AS 9100, ISO 14000, and customer requirements.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams within the organization.
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
