Quality Technician – Food Manufacturing

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about food safety and quality? We’re looking for a Quality Technician to support daily production in a high-volume, temperature-controlled food manufacturing facility. If you’re ready to play a vital role in ensuring safe, high-quality food products, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and verify food safety and quality standards throughout production
Conduct routine quality checks (temperature, weight, labeling, packaging integrity, etc.)
Document and report deviations from product specifications or Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Work closely with production and sanitation teams to maintain compliance with safety and quality programs
Collect and label product samples for lab analysis
Ensure adherence to HACCP, USDA, FDA, and company standards
Maintain detailed records of inspections and corrective actions
Support audits and internal quality improvement initiatives
Working Conditions:
Must be comfortable working in a cold environment (35–45°F)
Requires standing, walking, and repetitive movement for long periods
Must wear appropriate PPE and follow strict hygiene and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
