Job Description
As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will ensure that production processes and final products meet defined quality standards. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, solving quality issues, and supporting cross-functional teams within manufacturing.
Direct responsibility
- Process control and evaluation of processes and products within the respective production department
- Processing, evaluation, and implementation of corrective actions for internal and external product claims (complaints)
- Coordination and methodological guidance of process controllers within the respective area
- Management and execution of activities to achieve annual quality targets for the assigned area
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality or quality engineering
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, CAPA), root cause analysis methodologies
- Experience with audits, inspections, and quality data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication in English
The anticipated salary range for this role in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom locality is between 18 645€ to 23 306€ gross per year —salary ranges for other geographic localities may vary. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are role based. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Compensation ranges are determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria including skills, experience, and job responsibilities. In addition to the salary listed above, a detailed overview of additional compensation, including bonuses and benefits, will be provided during the initial interview.
