Description:
Job Summary
Perform Hermetic inspections of product to verify conformance with internal quality standards and customer requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
Work cooperatively with all employees.
Willing to adapt work schedule to company needs.
Attendance / Punctuality: Is consistently at work and on time.
Demonstrate the ability to accurately and efficiently use applicable measuring tools such as, but not limited to Calipers, Micrometers and Height Gage.
Demonstrate a basic ability to read and comprehend drawings and applicable inspection documentation.
Perform the following inspection tests for First Article, In Process and / or Final Inspection: Hermeticity, Fine Seal, Temperature Cycle / Thermal Shock
Initiate Non Conformance Reports as required.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by area Lead
Observe safety regulations and follow protective equipment requirements. Report hazardous observations to Management personnel.
Follow daily clean up and housekeeping procedures. Comply with all quality, safety, and work related rules and regulations.

Essential:
Good hand / eye coordination (fine motor skills, dexterity).
Specific vision ability to have natural or corrected near distance acuity in at least one eye
capable of passing the Jaeger Number 2 test and a color vision test.
Able to work with a Microscope for extended periods of time.
Read, write, speak and comprehend the English language.
Good computer skills.
Ability to navigate through the Axapta MRP system.
Demonstrate independent thinking and problem solving skills.
Able to sit and or stand for an extended periods of time.
Good math skills.
Willing to work with hazardous chemicals.
Seeks out duties to ensure you are consistently productive.
Consistently meets company minimum labor efficiency rates.
Desired:
Legible handwriting.
Ability to follow basic instructions with some multi-tasking skills.
Dependability: Follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for one’s own actions.

Education/Previous Experience Requirements
High School graduate
0 to 1 year related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
