This role is fundamental to maintaining high quality standards on the second shift. You will inspect incoming parts, oversee pre-shipment processes, and collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and document findings effectively. Your proactive approach will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform incoming quality control inspections
• Ensure pre-shipment products meet specifications
• Release NCRs with detailed root causes
• Maintain electronic inspection records
• Participate in daily QA meetings for proactive solutions
Requirements:
• High School Diploma;
Engineering Technician Diploma preferred
• 2+ years in a manufacturing setting
• Strong root-cause analysis skills
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems
• Effective communication skills in English
