Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and document non-conformances, and work collaboratively with production teams to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Analyze quality data and provide reports to management on trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- 5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method)
- Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement
- Aerospace Manufacturing
- AS9100 Experience
