Calibration Responsibilities:
Perform buy back to clear and close the source inspection reports.
Familiarity with inspection tools/gages (calipers, micrometers, ring/plug, height, etc.).
Ensure products meet required specifications.
Understand and ensure regulatory compliance.
Use inspection equipment and tools to record and analyze quality data.
Responsible for internal Calibration as the Customer Representative.
Schedule or accomplish inspection, auditing, provide guidance to the Quality staff, and provide technical input for any quality-related projects.
Assist in data collection and reporting services at the direction of the Quality Systems Manager/Q.A. Engineer.
This job reports to the Quality Manager.

Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills required.
Basic problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and other related literature is necessary.
Familiar with geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) skills.
Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
