Manufacturing Technician II-Inspection Jobs in West Chester, OH at Resilience

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

The Quality Technician will work within a team environment and help us maintain our commitment to producing top-notch products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Conducting tests on incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
Conduct and meticulously document inspections on finished goods.
Managing material flow to maintain efficient production processes.
Coordinating calibration requirements for testing equipment.
Conducting internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
Performing trial measures to refine quality processes.
Drafting training materials to educate employees on quality control procedures.
Conducting small group quality training sessions to ensure team members are well-versed in quality standards.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

High school graduate or general education degree (GED), required
Experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, required
A minimum of 1 year ofexperience as a quality inspector, required
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, required
Comfortable coaching front line in a developmental manner, required

BENEFITS IN JOINING US

Certain states require pay information to be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $24.65 to $34.51 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus.
