2. About the Opportunity:

The **Marketing Assistant** supports the Performance Marketing & Operations team by managing marketing operations processes, systems, and workflows. This role ensures data accuracy, assists with platform maintenance, and contributes to process improvements. It is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting campaign execution in a dynamic marketing environment.

3. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update marketing platforms and operational assets including forms, templates, and emails

• Assist with data imports, cleanup, and consistency across marketing systems

• Manage operational request intake and coordinate workflows

• Communicate task progress and update statuses to stakeholders

• Create, edit, and maintain Jeto launchers and related documentation

• Support quality assurance for new or updated launchers

• Update process documentation, guides, and training materials

• Assist with campaign setup, scheduling, and deployment activities

• Provide backup support for campaign operations as needed

• Manage project coordination and workflow in Asana

• Perform Asana maintenance, administration, and quality assurance tasks

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor''s Degree

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Quick learner of new technologies and systems

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

• Comfortable working within established workflows

• Collaborative team work skills

• Technical aptitude and interest in operational systems

• Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive)

Preferred:

• Experience in marketing, operations, or administration

• Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana)

• Experience with data entry and spreadsheet management

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

• Interest in marketing, technology, and education trends

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary for this entry-level role is $42,000 per year.
