We are seeking a
Marketing Communications Assistant
to support the execution of internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, preparing content, and ensuring that all communication efforts align with our brand’s voice and values.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing marketing communication plans
Draft, edit, and proofread promotional materials, newsletters, and presentations
Coordinate with internal teams to gather accurate information for campaigns
Support event planning, product launches, and corporate messaging
Track and report on campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics
Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels
Conduct market research to support strategy development
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Acrobat)
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
