We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for a top entertainment company out of their offices in Los Angeles, CA!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates administrative needs for the digital asset management platform
- Coordinates administrative requirements to support International Market Research requests
- Works with Managers and Exec Director to establish localization schedules
- Supports Managers with all schedules pertaining to vendor deliveries
- Provides continuous communication with individual distribution offices for specific territory requirements
- Provides quality assurance reviews of English source assets and localized marketing materials as needed
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities across multiple global campaigns
- Reliable follow-through on small but critical tasks; strong attention to detail
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and internet software
