Job Summary: We are seeking a quality-focused professional to support daily oversight of drug substance manufacturing areas through floor-based compliance support, batch record review, and coordination with Manufacturing and Facilities & Engineering teams. Our team is looking for a candidate who can make sound quality decisions, manage multiple priorities, and help drive timely completion of quality records and minor deviations.
Responsibilities
- Provide purposeful floor presence and day-to-day compliance oversight in manufacturing and facilities areas.
- Review electronic batch records, support SOP revision and approval, and approve work orders as needed.
- Evaluate compliance issues, provide recommendations, and help drive quality records to completion.
- Support quality approval of minor deviations and serve as a liaison during manufacturing and facility events.
Required
- High school/GED plus 2 years of work experience, or associate’s degree plus 6 months of work experience, or a bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated ability to perform GMP operations, including following detailed SOPs, maintaining training, and practicing good documentation.
- Strong communication skills, strong teamwork ethic, and self-driven initiative.
- Ability to evaluate documentation and operations according to company procedures, manage multiple tasks, and work independently and within a team matrix.
