Position: Meat Quality Assurance Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform yield and specification tests for various meat products
• Oversee compliance documentation for quality issues
• Audit for quality and temperature control issues
• Maintain communication between QA and procurement departments
• Document and analyze product rejections effectively
Requirements:
• College degree or diploma in quality assurance
• Minimum 5 years in a related field
• Knowledge of meat specifications and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
