POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Lead Account Executive, the Quality Assurance Manager shall be a leader, manager, and administrator to improve overall customer satisfaction and the delivery of high-quality IT solutions in alignment with customer’s needs. This lead shall provide the Operations Management Staff with status and feedback on Customer Satisfaction and internal service performance, lead communications to the customer workforce, and make recommendations for improved business solutions and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing service level agreements (SLAs) and resolving any issues and escalations that arise during the contract.
Ensure all deliverables meet established standards and comply with relevant best practices, by combining customer engagement efforts with focus on quality assurance, this role contributes to the success of the project by fostering a collaborative and positive relationship between customer stakeholders and the OCIO.
REQUIRED QUALIFICANTS
Must have an active PMP Certification
Must have an active ITIL v4 Certification
Must be eligible for, and obtain a Public Trust
