Our portfolio spans residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors.
We are currently looking for a highly qualified Inspector – Mechanical to join our team in AlUla.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and monitor mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and piping systems
- Ensure all mechanical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards
- Review materials and equipment delivered to site and verify compliance with project requirements
- Conduct inspections and testing activities for mechanical systems
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve technical and quality issues
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and safety standards
- Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain proper documentation
- Identify non-conformance issues and follow up on corrective actions
- Support project engineers in monitoring project progress and quality assurance activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical inspection and construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and mechanical standards
- Experience in large-scale construction projects
- Familiarity with Saudi codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inspection reporting tools
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
